Release Notes 24.10.13

Removed valid-for attribute from top node in stored XML:s.
The valid-for attribute on the top XML node in the stored XML will now be ignored, even if manually added in XML editor. The attribute and attribute value will be read from the database and added to the XML during fetch or checkout.
This change removes issues with configuration missmatch between the database and stored XML.
