Added Free Text Search that lets you search all contents of IEs.

You can also add and store XPath expressions to refine your search further.
Rebuilt the F1 help to no longer use the F1 key. It now uses the ? button in the top right corner. Other than that it works pretty much the same way.
Fixed an issue in the Web KTC that didn't show alert messages after you closed one the first time.
Supplementary translation is now available when status is ForTranslation.
Translation files are now named as the task number, for example: T000001.zip
