Select Manage Template Folders using :

• Ribbon Menu   File   Template Folders

In the bottom left panel, expand the "Information type" structure and select a folder. (current templates in that folder is shown in bottom right panel)

Select the template in the bottom right panel you want to remove.

Select Delete Template from Folder using :

• Context Menu   Remove
