Select an IE from the list.

Select Attachments in the Properties area. (normally one of the bottom panels under properties)

Select Add Attachment using :

• Toolbar   Add Attachment

• Context Menu   Add Attachment

Select filename using the FilePicker button.

Enter a description

Select OK button.
