Select a Task (parent) from the list.

Select Task Relations using :

• Select Context Menu  Task Relations (Task Relations panel shows up in the preview area)

Locate another Task (the child) from the list.

Using the mouse "drag-and-drop" technic, pick the child Task and release it over the parent Task Relations panel.
